Who we are and how we got started.
20+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
Our goal at Platinum Detailing is to put you, the customer, first in everything we do. I’m Jason Massey; my wife Jessica and I are long-time residents of Redding and chose this community as a place to raise our three children and to create a business that we felt could fill a real need. After spending 15 years in the auto body business, I felt it was time to branch out on my own. I’ve always loved paying attention to detail and have a passion for restoring vehicles to their former glory. My experience with auto body work has given me the ability to buff and wax your vehicle with great care and amazing results.
We began Platinum Detailing over ten years ago and are now located in a roomy garage on Hartnell Avenue just off Shasta View. Our commitment to you as a customer is to ensure your vehicle is detailed to your complete satisfaction. We know what it takes to earn repeat business and are proud to establish real relationships with our clients. From assisting with pick-up and drop-off to keeping your prized machine safe overnight in our fully secured garage, we take care of all the details. Great place to get your car detailed. I took my Camry in last Saturday and it looks brand new on the inside. I was pretty impressed on how well it turned out. I dropped my car of first thing in the morning and it was ready by early afternoon. The prices are reasonable especially for the superior service. I had a few food stains on the carpet and seats and now there isn’t a trace of them. If you’re trying to find a place to get your car detailed this is a great place, I will definitely be bringing my car back to help maintain the brand new look it has again.
Today I had my daughter’s Kia detailed , both exterior and interior and I am one satisfied customer. Both Jason’s were very nice to do business with. The blond Jason did the work on my daughter’s car and did great work. It looked new on all the surfaces and the seats were near as new as they could be considering the extent of abuse they saw before taking it to them. Jason even offered to have me bring it back if a stain popped up again after drying. Really good customer service what every good company should have. The exterior was fabulous also, tires, wheels, and chips and scratches and matched the paint with touch ups. I was so happy to have this done and am a satisfied customer. I will return with anything our other vehicles need in the future. Very happy to have found them. Thanks again guys!
